Dr. Bell loves her career serving patients like you. She started her career right out of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now run by Salus University) and learned how to be a caring doctor through her father, Dr. Herbert J. Bell, and carried the practice on after he retired in the 1990s. She loves to educate her patients and show them the same respect and loving kindness that they show to her and the office for so many years.
